Lead Data Analyst

Primary SQL Data Analysis
Secondary AWS DBT Snowflake
Responsibilities Include
Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
Using statistical tools to identify analyse and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
Preparing reports for the management stating trends patterns and predictions using relevant data
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the dataanalysis steps enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
Skills Experience
Strong mathematical skills to help collect measure organize and analyse data
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python
Snowflake Knowledge is added advantage
Technical proficiency regarding database design development data models techniques for data mining and segmentation
Good to have Knowledge of data visualization software like Qlik or MicroStrategy
Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
Problemsolving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Adept at queries writing reports and making presentations
Teamworking skills
Verbal and Written communication skills
Proven working experience in data analysis
Insurance Domain knowledge along with payment billing subject matter expertise will be nice to haveSkilled at summarize financial data for daily weekly monthly financial balancing needs

Benefits
Compensation range: $ 110,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year
