About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training and Content Governance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining master training records, managing training communications, supporting event management for live training sessions, and ensuring the recency and relevance of training content within our LMS training platform, and supporting LMS build and governance needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in training practices.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Maintaining Master Training Records: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participant information.
- Managing Training Communications: Coordinating and disseminating training-related communications to relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting Event Management: Assisting in planning and executing live training events, including logistics, scheduling, and ordering necessary supplies.
- Managing Content Recency: Regularly updating training materials based on best practices and project plans to ensure content remains current and effective.
- Supporting LMS Training Builds: Assisting in the creation and management of training modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Implementing Content Review Plans: Developing and executing plans for the periodic review and revision of training content.
- Coordinating Training Schedules: Working with trainers and participants to schedule training sessions and ensure optimal attendance.
- Monitoring Training Effectiveness: Collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all training activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations
- Providing Administrative Support: Offering general administrative support to the training team as needed.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Have a Bachelor’s level education or equivalent working experience
Possess knowledge of LMS software, experience as an LMS specialist, ideal
Have proven work experience coordinating projects or events.
Demonstrate outstanding written and communication skills with the ability to proofread, copy-edit content and coordinate document approvals
Have the ability to perform desktop publishing functions to format production-ready files for distribution
Demonstrate interpersonal skills- ability to network inside the company and build relationships
Be technically savvy with a willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert on our Sales Readiness Platform
Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of MS Office Suite
