The Suite Activation Representative is responsible for adequately addressing the needs of all 49ers suite partners to ensure their satisfaction year-round as well as the renewal of their suite contract term.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the renewal of assigned suite accounts.
- Acts as first point of contact for suite partners. Responds to phone and email requests.
- Collects outstanding suite payments.
- Tracks suite partner contractual obligations and benefit redemptions in CRM.
- Tracks all suite partner communication in CRM.
- Assists in management of gifting for suite partners.
- Assists with fulfilling game day benefits for suite partners using Gameday Benefits Suite Portal.
- Connects with suite partners 1:1 during the offseason and addresses customer service needs year-round.
- Assists in planning of all contractually obligated off-season events for suite partners.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Archtics, Kore CRM and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in hospitality.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires the ability to work extended hours and/or weekends.
Travel:
10% of local travel time expected for this position.
Compensation:
$28.00 - $29.00/hour
