We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Product Sales Specialist with a focus on selling dashboard solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, particularly in data analytics and visualization tools. The role involves promoting, demonstrating, and selling our advanced dashboard solutions to businesses, helping them streamline their data management and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive the adoption of IT dashboard solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in target industries that require dashboard and data visualization tools.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set for dashboard solution offerings.
Product Knowledge & Demonstration:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our dashboard products, their features, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI of using dashboards.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients based on their business needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in organizations, including CIOs, IT managers, and department heads.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape, particularly in the areas of data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Identify market opportunities, new customer segments, and trends to enhance sales efforts.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management on pipeline activity and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT product sales, preferably with experience in selling dashboard or data visualization solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of dashboard software, BI tools, and data analytics products.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling SaaS products, particularly in business intelligence (BI) or dashboard platforms.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with dashboards.
