About The Role
At Dripos, we use lean startup methodology to develop our all-in-one solution for coffee shop. We are looking for individuals to join our implementation team who are dedicated to building a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. Your role will involve managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring that new customers transition smoothly onto our platform and become proficient in using all Dripos features.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Onboarding Management: Oversee the entire onboarding process, from the initial sale to the customer's live status on Dripos. This includes onboarding premium features such as Payroll, Stream, and Accounting.
- Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date notes for every step within the onboarding process, ensuring a comprehensive record of all communications.
- Maintain Expertise to Train: Possess in-depth knowledge of Dripos features and effectively train customers on using them during the onboarding process.
- Collaborative Self-Onboarding: Support customers in self-onboarding through scheduled educational meetings.
- Advocate for Customers: Communicate customer feedback internally to ensure their needs are met.
- Occasional Travel: Travel to in-person launches to ensure larger customers have a seamless experience.
- Inventory Management: Pack and ship hardware to customers, tracking general product inventory.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of customer-facing experience.
- Good understanding of how startups work, either firsthand or through other means.
- Outgoing personality with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
