As a key player in their project delivery team, you will lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and French (oral and written)
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technician, Interior Design, Architectural Technician, or similar field
- Previous design, electrical and/or construction experience is considered an asset
- Previous project coordination / management experience considered a strong asset
- Previous experience using MS Office
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently/in a team
- G class license with a vehicle
Duties may include but are limited to:
- Provide updates to contractors on quoted projects
- Maintain relationships with contractors and distributors to secure supplier sales on behalf of the organization
- Negotiate best price with various lighting manufacturers
- Coordinate the process of submission of approved drawings
- Establish the schedule of deliveries for each manufacturer based on project requirements
- Meet with the contractor project team on site
- Coordinate all site services in regard to lighting control
- Ensure approved drawings corresponds to the project specifications
- Accurately enter purchase orders into the system
- Monitor projects to ensure products are on schedule and expedite as needed
- Manage change orders
- Gather information for invoicing and coordinate with accounting department
- Other duties as assigned
Monday – Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm – Fridays 8:00am to 3:30pm
