As an Office Administrator, you will support a wide range of administrative tasks while contributing to a variety of interesting projects. · Managing Communications: Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors with professionalism and ensuring they are directed appropriately.
· Office Organisation: Maintaining both physical and digital filing systems to keep records up-to-date and easily accessible.
· Suppliers & Inventory Management: Managing inventory for both office and fabrication activity by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
· Purchasing – Sourcing and purchasing of materials, arrange transportation and delivery and prepare paperwork so supplies and parts can be shipped.
· Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately inputting data into systems, preparing reports, purchase orders and assisting with various administrative tasks.
· Team Support: Offering general administrative support to the wider team, helping with scheduling, meetings, and project coordination.

Applicant Requirements
We’re looking for someone with the following:
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is highly preferred
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Organised: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
