Job Summary: We are seeking someone to lead our Custom Fintech Offering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, management, sales and enhancement of our custom fintech solution. This role requires a deep understanding of the RIA/wealth advisor market, strong analytical skills, engaging with prospective advisors and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of the firm’s investment platform for wealth advisors, ensuring we meet the needs of its financial advisor clients.
- Sales: Engage with prospective advisors and RIA stakeholders to articulate the value proposition, identify needs, and interpret feedback. The successful candidate will work also work closely with the existing sales team.
- Marketing: Lead the marketing effort though segmentation, content creation, planning and execution.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for the investment platform, aligning with the firm’s overall business objectives and market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Director of RIA Services, sales team, marketing, operations, and compliance, to ensure successful product launch and ongoing management.
- Client Engagement: Engage with financial advisors to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and financial advisors on the platform.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong understanding of fintech solutions for advisors including reporting, trading, billing and proposal generation tools.
- A deep understanding of RIA and independent advisors is a plus.
- Sales experience in the RIA or wealth advisor market.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools.
