We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Scandinavian team in Malmö, Göteborg, or Stockholm area (Sweden).

Tosibox is rapidly becoming a world leader in cybersecure networking solutions, that underpin a "Zero Trust" connected environment, optimised for Operational Technology (OT) systems deployed in intelligent and smart IoT built environments, Building Automation, Industrial Automation systems and Utilities.
What you'll do:
- Identify new direct customer opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region which is mainly Sweden and Scandinavia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and key partners
- Execute sales strategy to achieve and exceed business targets together with Head of Sales
- Contract negotiations and closing new business opportunities
- Planning and contributing to regional sales and marketing content
- Make data-driven decisions and regularly report on sales and business performance
- Occasional Scandinavian travel may be required

The work you'll do will directly impact the experience of our customers. Besides your own team, you will be supported by 60+ Tosiboxians across the globe. Your accurate role in the team is tailored based on your skills and preferences.
We would love to hear from you if you identify yourself from some of the following:
- You have 3-5+ years of direct sales experience in solution sales to SME’s to enterprises (required)
- You are fluent in both English and Swedish (required)
- Proven ability to “hunt”/prospect for new sales opportunities as it relates to our business (required)
- You have sold hardware/software solution, especially within networking, IIOT, Cyber security, or solutions within the area of Automation, Building, Security or Utilities
- You excel in target account selling and value-driven solution selling
- You have a proven track record in achieving goals and targets, previous experience utilizing direct sales and key customers to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota
- You have experience in having conversations with "C" -level and excellent listening skills
- You are brave and confident and have the ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments
- You are passionate, independent, results oriented, and value driven sales professiona
