Pay: $25 per hour
1st Shift Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday
Requirements
- 3 years of accounting experience specifically with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in the use of QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: Apply strong accounting skills, including handling accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and journal entries. Responsibilities also include conducting bank and credit card reconciliations, performing data entry and other administrative tasks, and assisting the accounting department with various miscellaneous and ad hoc projects as needed.
