OVERVIEW
The Payroll Position is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and timely weekly payroll in compliance with the company’s financial reporting guidelines and applicable payroll standards. This includes weekly payroll, Vendor time reports, payroll transfers, reconciling payroll discrepancies, period-end closing procedures and various administrative tasks.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Minimum two years payroll experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) or similar software preferred.
- Produces accurate and reliable work within tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process weekly Payroll average of 500-600 employees.
- Process and reconcile weekly Vendor reports.
- Research and correct any payroll discrepancies.
- Process ICC Billing corrections requested.
- Process monthly payroll transfers
