A higher education institution is hiring an EA for one of their deans. The Executive Assistant will manage scheduling, corresponding with internal and external stakeholders, organizing executive information and creating administrative processes. The ideal candidate is a strong self starter, who can manage several tasks at the same time. The position is onsite everyday and available on a temporary to hire basis.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of executive support experience
- 3+ years of administrative support
- 5x/ week onsite
Preferred Skills:
- MS Office
- Nonprofit or higher education or start up environment experience
Compensation: $35-40/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
