Job Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to manage technical requirements, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Ensure projects are executed according to the plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Team Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams. Foster collaboration, set clear goals, and ensure team members have the resources needed to succeed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Communicate project status, manage expectations, and address any issues or changes in scope.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technical deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements. Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate project outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes and practices. Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- RPA Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies is a plus. Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism would be advantageous.
