Your Expertise:
- Proven track record of developing clear, concise, and engaging product marketing content across various formats (sales sheets, brochures, spreadsheets, and proposals).
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and organization.
- Keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all product marketing materials, collaborating effectively with creatives to ensure high-quality output.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the creation of product marketing materials, including sales sheets, brochures, and presentations.
- Assist with product data collection and ensuring product accuracy (dimensions, potentially including product photography or onsite product measurements).
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging and product marketing material.
- Manage and coordinate packaging details, including GTINs/barcodes, packaging copy, and product features & benefits (excluding artwork creation).
- Perform competitive product analysis and product price modeling.
- Write copy about product features and benefits.
- Conduct spreadsheet work related to various marketing tasks.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with creatives, overseeing projects without directly handling creative tasks.
- Familiarity with the product development stage/gate process is a huge plus.
Requirements:
- BA degree in Business or Marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing is required, preferably in the food or manufacturing industries.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise product marketing copy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management skills, is required.
- Comfort working in a business casual environment with occasional client interaction and working a hybrid work scheduling in our client's Rancho Cucamonga, CA, office.
- Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule (four days onsite) in the client's Rancho Cucamonga office.
- Experience with project management and managing multiple projects is required.
- Understanding of competitive product analysis and product price modeling.
- Experience managing packaging details, including GTINs/barcodes and packaging copy.
- Familiarity with the product development stage/gate process is a plus.
