As an Operations Enablement Manager, you will support the Health Operations teams to enable new products and offerings as well as onboard new complex commercial customers. This role will ensure Operational excellence by managing and supporting operational launch planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. These critical activities will ensure that impacted teams are fully prepared and equipped to deliver the strategic objectives of Best Buy Health.

What you'll do
- Planning & Coordination: Support the Ops Enablement leader in the coordination and management of all operational activities required to develop the operational outputs of Offering & Product Development (OPD)
- Product and Offering Launch Readiness: Manage the day-to-day planning, and execution activities of all operational aspects related to product and offering management. Ensure that operational capabilities are integrated early in the product development process to reduce time-to-market and improve launch success.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as product development, Tech, Finance, Ops Implementation, Member Ops, Supply chain and logistics, Business Intelligence, Quality & Regulatory, etc. to ensure that operational deliverables are planned and executed.
Basic Qualifications
- 4 Years Project Management and Change Management experience
- 1 Year Communication/Storytelling Experience
- 1 Year Product and/or Operations Management Experience
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ Years of Experience leading work in a highly matrixed organization.
- 2+ Years leading teams through organization ambiguity and transformational change.
- 2+ Years Influencing without authority; up to senior (C-Suite) leaders.
- 2+ Years of Change management experience or certification.
- 2+ Years of Best Buy Health Caring Center experience.
