BioTalent is partnered with a medical device component manufacturer focusing on high-level electromechanical component production. We're seeking a talented individual who actively enjoys people leadership and collaboration to take on their Quality Manager opening.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze statistical data for product specifications.
- Establish proposed quality standards and consistency of finished product.
- Maximize product quality and minimize costs.
- Plan, promote and organize training activities.
- Investigate all customer complaints regarding.
- Maintains all company ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 procedures.
- Interacts with customers on issues related to product quality.
- Coordinates/Supervises annual Internal Quality Audits.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485.
- Ability to read and understand prints, schematics, and all documents used by the production team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adept at analyzing data and identifying trends or patterns to drive process improvement and problem resolution.
Preferred:
- PCB/IPC 610 experience.
- Proven management experience.
