The Coordinator, Guest Servicesworks to ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and playmakers at Levi Stadium. They provide support to Guest Services Management during events, as well as playmakers, in and out of events. They assist in the hiring, training, communication, and documentation for playmakers, as well as complete administrative tasks and special projects. The coordinator is responsible for creating and distributing monthly schedules, overseeing, and maintaining positive working relationships, monitoring and enforcing attendance expectations, and processing daily payroll.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supports recruiting and hiring in partnership with people operations, including updating job descriptions, setting up hiring fairs, and coordinating staff check-ins.
- Assists management and event preparation including event notes, briefings, credential sheets, and storage of post event paperwork.
- Acts as a liaison between Management, Supervisors, and Staff.
- Supports Playmaker management and recognition programs.
- Provides administrative support to management team, including management of all equipment and ticketing devices.
- Responds to guests’ concerns, complaints, feedback, and inquiries via email and phone.
- Manages Playmakers scheduling and payroll for all events; ensuring all events are appropriately. staffed, scheduling templates are updated and accurate, and payroll is processed in a timely manner.
- Oversees uniform operations including supervision of uniform clerks, management of inventory and inventory controls, and coordination of uniforms for new hires.
- Oversees of the lost and found program, assessing claims, item logging and lost item return.
- Assists Management team in special projects and tasks as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Abilities and Skills:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive playmakers related issues.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of day-to-day issues.
- High proficiency in Ceridian/Dayforce and any other Scheduling/Payroll software programs as necessary
- Understands the most effective and efficient way to accomplish tasks within the parameters of organizational hierarchy, processes, systems, timelines, and budget.
- Ability to achieve planned objectives through completing relevant tasks and focus.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite,
- Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise and impartial manner.
- Ability to work long irregular hours as dictated by events, training and payroll, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on, larges scale event support preferably in sports/entertainment industry.
- Preferred to be Bilingual (Spanish)
