Global communications agency Hopscotch Season USA seeks a Senior Project Manager with experience in large-format activation production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the activation production lead on a portfolio of key accounts
- Serve as the onsite lead for event activations, managing all aspects of event production from start to finish.
- Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost-effective solutions.
- Handle the full spectrum of event logistics, including negotiation, activation mechanics, partnerships, staffing, catering, warehousing, product samples, and other logistics.
- Ensure timely execution of events in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Act as a client-facing liaison, delivering presentations and maintaining open, clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Roll up your sleeves to get the job done, including physically assisting with event setup (e.g., lifting boxes, setting up displays).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in events production and management of large-scale events (festivals, trade shows, immersive brand events).
- Proven experience managing event budgets.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 50 lbs) and assist with hands-on event setup.
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture focus.
