We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work alongside our Office Manager at our Site in Sheffield . This will be a varied role, and will predominantly provide administration support to our growing Auctioneer business.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, whilst taking over the phone payments and answering customer queries
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support office and warehouse staff
- Proficiently use in house systems for document management and communication
(Training will be provided)
- Assist in maintaining office organisation and tidiness
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
-Can manage and prioritise multiple tasks, working efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Data entry accuracy and efficiency
-Have a flexible attitude

Experience
We are looking for someone who has gained at least 2 years experience as an office administrator.
