Schedule: Tues and Thurs from 9am-5pm
Immediate need for a part-time Administrative Assistant at this prestigious Financial Services Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Generate reports and perform data entry in Excel
- Provide written correspondence via email to clients
- Monitor office supply stock and place new supply orders
- Create memos and other reports in Word
- Answer client phone calls when needed
- Other ad-hoc tasks on an as-needed basis
Candidates with at least 2 years of prior administrative assistant experience will be given first consideration in this role. Requirements:
2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required
Experience With Outlook, Excel, And Word Required
