THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms. This role will shape and implement digital strategies, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales through various channels. Collaboration with the Brand and E-commerce teams is key, requiring expertise in luxury branding, creativity, and a data-driven approach.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Brief and manage content usage for Thom Browne's digital communication platforms
- Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior and trends, integrating insights into impactful digital marketing campaigns
- Generate detailed reports and performance analytics on marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as ROI and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets, optimizing expenditures to meet defined marketing objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest digital media trends, applying relevant updates to enhance Thom Browne’s marketing initiatives
- Coordinate efforts between local Digital and Performance Marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 4-6 years’ digital marketing experience required; luxury fashion or agency experience strongly preferred
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or communications
- Digitally savvy with strong creativity, innovation, and knowledge of current digital trends
- Expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, and media buying
- Proficient in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush)
- Strong project management, leadership, and collaboration skills across departments
- Experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and running A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumer metrics, measure data, and forecast returns
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $90,000 - $110,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
