Job Summary:
The Jr. Project Manager, Marketing, manages the project delivery between Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners, translating strategy to tactics, and managing project execution to ensure IIN’s Marketing campaigns are delivered accurately, on-time, and to budget. You will continually improve the marketing project execution process, seek feedback from stakeholders, and propose solutions to streamline workflows and improve accurate and on-time delivery, and deliver those solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partners with the VP, Strategic Management, Marketing teams, and cross-functional partners on the project timelines and the execution process; guides team to stay within milestones, scope, and budget expectations.
- Coordinates communication between digital marketing, brand marketing, creative, sales, and other cross functional teams, to ensure content strategy is translated into creative assets and communications are accurately built, QAed, and delivered.
- Coordinates communications that enable Sales to discuss Marketing campaigns and website improvements with prospects.
- Schedules and leads meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and action items.
- Creates, monitors, and manages Marketing tickets to ensure content assets move through process according to project plan.
- Sets priorities for copy and design teams; checks in with Marketing team members daily; adjusts assignments based on urgency of new requests and upcoming PTO.
- Manages the Marketing QA & UAT processes, communicating readiness and deadlines, monitoring completion, conveying updates to execution teams, verifying completion, managing final approval.
- Produces weekly project reports summarizing progress and outstanding items.
- Recommends Marketing process improvements based on project flow and observed opportunities.
- Surfaces and addresses issues before they become project risks; recommends mitigations, partnering with VP, Strategic Management as needed.
- When needed, serves as main point of contact for outside vendors, prioritizing work, answering questions, organizing and assigning batches of content, tracking completion.
- Follows PMO standards and practices.
- Supports the maintenance of project documentation.
The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve as the role develops. The individual in this position will also be expected to take on additional ad hoc tasks, responsibilities, and projects as assigned by the manager, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team and organization.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in project management required.
- Experience creating and managing tickets in Asana required.
- Asana configuration experience.
- Marketing experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
