Title Recording Specialist
Our established, very successful and growing financial services client in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Title Recording Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
The Title Recording Specialist will be responsible for:
- Performing review of executed recording documents to ensure accurate signatures and legal description
- Ensuring completion of all recording documents
- Submitting documents to various entities
- Completing loan packages scanning, certified true recordables preparation, and shipping documents
- Resolving recording inquiries
- Balancing files and verifying accurate refund code
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal Title Recording Specialist will possess these skills:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
- Financial services or title insurance industry experience preferred
- RamQuest closing operations systems or related preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency
