JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Analyst specializing in the HRMS domain, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data columns, documenting business logic, and ensuring data quality checks. Your insights will help drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze HRMS data columns to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact data quality.
Documentation: Document business logic and processes related to data quality checks, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand data requirements and establish data quality standards.
Data Quality Checks: Develop and implement data quality checks to validate the accuracy and integrity of HRMS data.
Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the HRMS domain.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including payroll, recruitment, and employee management.
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
