About The Role
In this role, you will guide technology projects that improve health and human services outcomes, aligning your passion for purpose with dedicated professionals seeking to tackle significant healthcare challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale security projects while breaking down complex technological programs and assisting with staffing.
- Develop project schedules, define objectives, and ensure the quality completion of tasks on time.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members, share project metrics, and suggest adjustments as necessary.
- Identify and address project risks promptly, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed statements of work (SOW) and contribute to new business proposals and development efforts.
- Mentor junior team members, translating broad program objectives into actionable project milestones.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 9+ years managing complex cybersecurity projects; experience in Medicaid or Medicare is a plus.
- Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, and Agile practices; familiarity with budget development, control, and project management software.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of security tools (e.g., Splunk, Saviynt), Identity and Access Management, Network and Firewall concepts, and System Security Plan reviews; understanding of AWS and MS Azure is beneficial.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and mentor teams, with excellent presentation skills to influence and motivate others.
- Communication: Clear and effective communicator capable of conveying project priorities and motivating stakeholders.

- Location: Remote position.

- Compensation: \(86,800 - \)124,000 per year, based on location, skills, and experience.
