We are seeking an Associate Director of Digital Strategy to lead the development and execution of digital initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, and requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital channels, content strategy, performance marketing, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
As an experienced strategist, you will be responsible for developing holistic digital plans, optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions, and developing and delivering actionable insights. This role offers growth opportunities and provides an influential voice in shaping our company’s digital direction.
- The ideal candidate will be developing into a leader in their digital marketing career (5+ years experience), with experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, GA4, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.
- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently within the allocated resources.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Optimize digital campaigns to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze, report and present data in a clear and insightful manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with creative, development, and account teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives that meet client or business goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and customer journeys, and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills:
- GA4
- Google Ad certifications (Search and Display)

- 5-7 years digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
