Title: Agile Coach/Transformation Leader
Location: Hybrid in Baltimore, MD
Top Requirements:
- Previous Agile Transformation experience
- Certifications are not required, but highly preferred as mostly any Agile Coach would have the certs along with their experience
- Financial/Asset Management experience is highly preferred
Role Summary
The Agile Transformation Leader will be instrumental in advancing our Agile transformation, supporting development and execution of a firmwide strategy that aims to improve organizational agility and optimize our service delivery approach. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to mature Agile disciplines, drive adoption across domains, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This initiative is a key strategic priority for the firm and critical for us to achieve greater efficiency, innovation, and adaptability across global operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a proven track record of driving strategy and execution of Agile transformations in large, complex organizations, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to tailor them to organizational needs.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, with domain expertise in relevant areas preferred.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, capable of effectively guiding individuals, teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing enterprise-wide strategies, conducting assessments, and providing strategic recommendations for process improvement and organizational change.
