Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Analytics Manager to lead the integration of data-driven decision-making across digital teams to enhance audience engagement, platform growth, and overall impact. Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy, optimize content and product decisions, and drive user engagement through advanced data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic analytics plan.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs for digital platforms and campaigns.
- Use data to guide content strategy, product development, and marketing.
- Identify user segments and conduct A/B testing to boost engagement.
- Present insights to senior leadership and ensure data integration in strategic planning.
- Implement and maintain cutting-edge analytics tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in digital analytics, preferably in media or publishing.
- Experience in BI, website usability, and product management.
- SQL/ Bit Query, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
