We're seeking a data-driven Sr Business Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team within the Corporate Strategy organization. This role requires a combination of analytical competency, strategic thinking, and product management expertise to drive actionable insights, enable strategic decision-making and develop data products that enhance business performance and optimize operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a confident professional with broad skills in analyzing and solving complex business problems, executing complex analysis, writing and presenting findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business leaders to understand their needs and challenges
- Design, develop, and manage data products and visualization solutions that provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, & opportunities and extract meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights.
- Provide leadership and education on the value and use of information & data.
- Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for users in the access and reporting of data.
- Contribute towards advancing the Analytics and Data Science discipline, including but not limited to driving data best practices, improving analytical processes, scaling knowledge and tools, and mentoring other analysts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business analytics or finance/sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Self-motivated and analytical thinker with ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business strategy and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong program/project management experience with the ability and willingness to drive projects independently, working efficiently to deliver results rapidly and engaging the relevant stakeholders throughout the process
- Experience with data governance and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field, MBA preferred.
Rewards and Benefits:
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $166,000 - $250,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
