The Customer Service Account Executive will play a key role in developing and managing top wholesale, designer, and hospitality accounts. This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, overseeing all aspects of account management—including product knowledge, marketing planning, allocations, and delivery schedules for in-store business. The Account Executive will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and needs, providing tailored furniture solutions. Additionally, they will be accountable for initiating and closing sales.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships, deliver project-based solutions, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to secure orders.
- Provide, process, and assist potential orders/quotes for clients in our system from start to finish while working closely with the Warehouse Office for your client orders.
- Manage and process client orders and quotes from initiation to completion while working closely with the Warehouse Office.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both externally and internally through oral and written communication.
- Have a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to expanding the client base and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Representative and Supervisor to conduct monthly or quarterly meetings focused on top accounts and new customer development.
- Expertly represent the Eurø Style brand by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on partner care.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to find the best work and office solutions to meet our customer needs.
- Full customer support including claims, parts, inquiries, answering calls, freight quotes, and order entry.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry
- Strong drive to take ownership of business and territory management
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and outside representatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times annually for tradeshows to build new and existing relationships
Pay & Schedule:
- Full-time, typically 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends for Tradeshows
- $25-$26/hour, DOE
