Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in Computer Vision to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying computer vision models for edge computing devices and cloud/server environments. Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Linux, Python, and Google Colab is essential. Experience with object detection models like YOLO and advanced image processing techniques is required.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy computer vision facial and object recognition models for edge computing devices and cloud/server environments
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications.
- Optimize computer vision models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement advanced image processing techniques for feature extraction, object detection, and classification
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Flask for model inference and integration with web services.
- Work closely with frontend and other backend developers to integrate machine learning functionalities into web and mobile applications.
- Utilize multithreading and asynchronous programming techniques for optimizing model inference speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on model designs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in computer vision applications
- Proven experience deploying computer vision models on edge computing devices and cloud/servers
- Extensive knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience working with them
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Python, and Google Colab
- Experience with computer vision object detection models (e.g., YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN)
- Advanced knowledge of image processing techniques (e.g., feature extraction, segmentation, tracking)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with other AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV)
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., OVH)
