KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2-4 years experience in digital media planning and buying in an agency or vendor setting
- 2-3 years of experience with digital media platforms (GCM, DSPs, StackAdapt, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc)
- Experience working with multiple media types, including programmatic audio, video, CTV, Display Ads, DOOH and native ads.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills with attention to detail, both verbal and written

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting digital media campaigns across various platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of digital media channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. The Digital Media Specialist collaborates with Client Services, the Media Team, and the Client in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Strategy & Planning - plan and execute programmatic media campaigns from start to finish
- Collaborate with account teams and clients to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Develop comprehensive media strategies across platforms such as social media, display, video, audio, search, and programmatic.
- Identify the most effective media channels and placements to achieve campaign goals.
- Write proposals and create presentations designed to meet client objectives and expectations
Media Buying & Execution
- Reviews RFPs and negotiate for most suitable proposals
- Knowledge of GCM to step-up, traffic and monitor budget pacing
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Provide proposal to client on optimizations that require larger shifts
- Analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, landing page arrivals, conversions, and ROI to ensure campaigns are meeting goals
- Prepare and present regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners
- Present media plans and performance updates to clients
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital media
- Compile necessary research to support strategic recommendations
