Job Description
Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! Responsible for Catalog Management/Maintenance, Product and Pre-Order Set-ups, Inventory Management, Compliance Documentation, Chargebacks Resolution.
Sales Coordinator works with internal stakeholders to ensure communication and processes are working effectively. Works directly with multiple departments: Sales Team, Order Management to ensure correct item numbers are shipping, and Brand Strategy/Marketing Teams that item set up and asset information is correct/meets customers guidelines. Shares best practices and works with internal teams to outline, document, and improve processes.
Essential Job Functions
Catalog Management
- Management of product catalog, new product set-ups with product description, images, and detailed requirements. Updating availability of items as needed.
- Establishes as an administrator of Bandai Namco to the retailers/partners and is responsible for maintaining the interface websites and systems.
- Uses internal tools and applications to set up items and assets in retailer systems/websites while meeting deadlines for delivery.
- Fills out, ensures accuracy, and communicates any manual set item and asset set up forms required.
- Maintains outside applications to support item and asset set up and ongoing maintenance.
- Proficiency with Excel is necessary.
Compliance and Chargebacks
- Ensure product compliance documents are submitted as required.
- Identify and resolve any 404 product errors.
- Ensure operational performance meets customers standards. Minimize and dispute chargebacks as needed.
Process Deliver, Ownership and Training
- Ensure the processing of receiving and communicating item set and asset delivery is accurate and efficient.
- Works with Brand Strategy to ensure product information and assets are updated and accurate.
- Provide timely support to prevent and quickly resolve problems with orders, products, sales initiatives, etc.
- Communicate with Order Management to confirm accuracy of items shipping to retailers and customers.
- Aid with training for Sales Team members on process, tools, and applications.
- Project management of assigned projects. Collaborate with members from other departments.
- Brand Protection, monitor the marketplace for unauthorized sellers, counterfeits, MAP violators.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central preferred.
Inventory Management
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management team to update inventory / transfers.
- Review weekly PO's and initiate inventory transfers based on unaccepted items.
- Investigate incoming inventory; move forward or push back Amazon release dates.

Required Experience
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree preferred from four-year college or university or equivalent in any related field.
Required And Experience
- Experience with e-Commerce systems/tools such as Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, etc.
- Experience in supporting a sales organization or a retailer merchant team in sales support in a fast pace, high volume, owner operator environment.
- Must have experience working cross functionally with the ability to problem solve and resolve customer and internal issues.
- Experience working with ERP systems and outside applications.
- Intermediate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Window-based PC and business applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs, etc.
- Must have strong research, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail. Accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and excel with minimal supervision.
