Key Responsibilities:
- Align Business Goals with Digital Initiatives: Lead the strategic management of high-priority digital and creative projects aligned with business objectives, enhancing e-commerce performance and in-store digital experiences across 150+ retail stores, primarily located on cruise ships.
- Develop & Implement a Comprehensive Digital Strategy: Design and continually refine a digital strategy that integrates cutting-edge technologies across Effy’s omnichannel environment, including cruise ship stores, land-based retail, e-commerce platforms, and new digital touchpoints such as in-store kiosks, video screens, and mobile apps.
- E-commerce & Digital Platform Optimization: Oversee internal e-commerce development and work with design agencies to enhance site functionality, improve user experiences, and boost conversion rates. Lead the charge in managing updates, redesigns, and improvements across digital platforms.
- Manage Diverse Digital Touchpoints: Lead projects involving a variety of creative digital outputs including video content production, interactive displays, kiosks, and in-store digital screens to engage customers and drive brand awareness.
- Content Creation for Multiple Channels: Partner with Creative Directors, Producers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely creation and deployment of content across all digital touchpoints—ranging from in-store screens to e-commerce platforms and video campaigns.
- Innovate and Enhance Customer Experience Through Technology: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage new and emerging technologies such as augmented reality (AR), digital signage, and mobile engagement tools to enhance both online and in-store experiences.
- Lead Cross-Functional Digital Integration: Direct the planning, implementation, and coordination of digital integration projects, working closely with teams from IT, Brand Integration, Operations, and Store Design to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Establish and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring key milestones related to digital touchpoints, content production, and new technology integration are met.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Work closely with third-party vendors, creative agencies, and technology providers to ensure that all digital touchpoints—from video production to e-commerce integrations—are seamless, impactful, and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Annual Digital Content Workflow: Lead the creation and scheduling of annual digital content, including updates for interactive digital screens, video content, and new technology rollouts to ensure constant innovation and alignment with customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Optimization: Track and evaluate the performance of various digital initiatives, including video content, in-store interactive displays, and e-commerce platforms. Use data insights to refine strategies and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
- Stay Ahead of Digital Trends & Technology: Continuously research and recommend innovative technologies and solutions—to keep Effy at the cutting edge of the retail and digital landscape.
- Creative & Technical Problem-Solving: Develop creative solutions to project-level and strategic challenges, ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with broader business goals.
- Manage Digital Agency Relationships: Lead the management of relationships with digital and design agencies, overseeing all phases of production for digital assets and ensuring quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
Who You Are:
- Possess expertise in managing complex digital projects that span e-commerce, video production, and other creative touchpoints, aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing sales.

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in digital project management, e-commerce strategy, video production management, or digital media, with a proven record of successful digital project delivery.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing digital content creation across multiple platforms, including video, interactive media, and e-commerce sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with digital design and collaboration tools like Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video production tools.
