Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at Touchdown Management. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing communication with artists and industry contacts, and assisting with project coordination. This position offers the flexibility for some remote work while being primarily based in our London office.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of the music and entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Arts Management, or related field
