Summary
Create and deliver information assets and innovative solutions that drive strategic healthcare decision-making, leveraging robust, secure infrastructure, data tools, and systems. The role also involves ensuring the effective stewardship of information assets. Reports directly to the Director of Business Intelligence.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in each responsibility. The requirements below outline the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure success in this position.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include But Are Not Limited To The Following)
- Prepare, cleanse, verify, and analyze data for accuracy and consistency.
- Document analytics solutions and models; manage scheduled reports.
- Troubleshoot data issues and resolve inconsistencies in tools.
- Provide training and present data tools to leadership and end-users.
- Ensure data integrity in customer files and fulfill ad-hoc data requests.
Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience with data reporting and/or data aggregation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of statistics and data analytics is required, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to define, document, and refine data, analytics, and modeling requirements.
- Skilled in implementing and adopting new data analysis methodologies to improve decision-making processes.
- Proven ability to work independently while also excelling in multi-disciplinary team environments.
