This role is primarily remote and will report into Finance, while handling a mixture of accounting and payroll responsibilities! Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly full cycle payroll for 200+ employees
- Reconcile payroll General Ledgers
- Calculate HST and WSIB remittances
- Manage bank recs, journal entries, month end accruals etc
- Oversee payroll year end process
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a payroll designation - PCP, PLP, CPM
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role focusing on payroll and accounting
- Fast learner and ability to hit the ground running
