Description
- Calendar management, handling internal and external communications, events and meeting coordination (set up Zoom, conference rooms, venues).
- Prepare meeting agenda, expense reports completion, general administrative duties.
- Required Skill Sets: MS Office Suite – Intermediate to Advanced Skills, Zoom and Teams working knowledge, SharePoint platform, note taking
- Minimum 5-8 years current/recent Senior level administrative/executive assistance
- Education Level Required: HS Diploma plus some college
