Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phones and email.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and product teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to help improve our products and services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing customer insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the apparel industry and fashion trends is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
