We’re currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a local team’s C-level Executives with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the company's executives, managing schedules, performing light accounting tasks, and handling various administrative responsibilities. Your exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in office management, coupled with a basic understanding of accounting principles, will be critical to the team’s success.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Perform light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare and review financial documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist with office administration duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and routing them appropriately.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in working order.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide general support to senior management, including assistance with special projects and research.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or executive assistant position.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, with experience in invoicing and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with calendar management, Itinerary building and travel arrangements.
Salary:
$55,000-$65,000 per year
