Lakeshore Talent is partnering with the local office of a large, global organization in their search for a strong Administrative Assistant to support the customer experience team.
Location: Lithonia, GA
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour
Length of role: Initial contract through end of 2024, with potential for extension
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing accounting and finance documents, handling extensive data entry, and preparing accurate reports in Excel. This role involves no phone calls or customer service responsibilities, focusing solely on precise data management and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately handle accounting and finance documents, including extensive data entry.
- Reporting: Post data to Excel files and ensure timely submission of monthly reports to finance teams.
- Project Prioritization: Work independently, managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling accounting and finance documents.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with learning new technologies.
- Ability to work self-directed and manage projects with deadlines.
- Prior experience utilizing a CRM ticketing system is a plus!
