Our client s looking for an Office Coordinator for their Menlo Park office. They are growing tech company with 80 local employees and looking for someone on an ongoing basis to support administrative needs for the onsite employees. Any event planning/management experience would be a plus.
This role will be a long term temp role, with an hourly rate between $20-26/hr. This role would be onsite and standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage daily operations, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
- Event Planning: Organize office events and meetings, coordinating logistics.
- Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining inventory levels.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate databases and records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Support Staff: Assist team members with various tasks to enhance productivity.
- Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness.
