Role Overview:
We are looking for a Quality & Digital Content Optimization Specialist with a strong understanding of B2B email marketing, marketing automation platforms, and a sharp eye for detail. This role requires outstanding English copywriting skills, proficiency in design using Canva, and the ability to refine and enhance email campaigns to drive conversions. You will be responsible for maintaining and elevating content quality across multiple digital channels, ensuring it aligns with our clients’ brand guidelines and quality standards while supporting the broader team in campaign execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:- Proofread and verify the accuracy of email campaigns, ensuring content, links, CTAs, and design elements are consistent with the intended message and branding.
- Review email templates and copy for consistency, grammar, and formatting across various marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines, including voice, tone, subject lines, and design standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to optimize email performance and increase engagement rates.
Email Campaign & Marketing Automation Support:- Collaborate with the marketing team to build, test, and deploy email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and others.
- Design and update email templates in Canva, ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and consistent with branding requirements.
- Manage audience segments, lists, and workflows within marketing automation platforms.
- Implement triggers, workflows, and email sequences to enhance demand generation efforts and customer engagement.
Content Creation & Copywriting:- Write, edit, and optimize high-quality B2B email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives action.
- Refine existing content based on performance data and client feedback to enhance effectiveness.
- Develop personalized, dynamic content tailored to different audience segments and campaign goals.
Client & Team Collaboration:- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, design, and automation teams to ensure smooth execution of email campaigns and content deliverables.
- Communicate with clients when necessary to understand their objectives and ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds expectations.
- Provide QA reviews, training, and feedback on copy and design to other team members.
Reporting & Optimization:- Analyze email and campaign performance data, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and share reports on QA issues and campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, content creation, and marketing automation.
- Deep understanding of email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and marketing automation best practices.
- Excellent English copywriting and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft compelling, professional B2B content.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating and updating email visuals and assets.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a talent for spotting and correcting errors in content, design, and formatting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within events and demand generation.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Omeda, Marketo or Eloqua.
- HubSpot certification or other relevant marketing automation certifications.
