Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a multifaceted team comprising business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers, fostering a cooperative atmosphere that encourages success in project delivery.
- Strategic Development: Create and implement thorough data strategies that are in alignment with clients’ business ambitions, spearheading the design and deployment of innovative data solutions to tackle intricate business challenges.
- Data Analysis and Innovation: Perform extensive data analysis while overseeing the enhancement of data architecture and flows, delivering insights to improve data governance and management practices.
- Project Management: Monitor project schedules, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are achieved efficiently, addressing and escalating issues when necessary.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your expertise with tools such as Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure to design and execute cloud-based data solutions and modernize financial data models.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, articulating value propositions, and managing project workflows, budgets, and resources proficiently.
- Commitment to Improvement: Foster an environment that values diverse ideas, encourages innovation, and provides constructive feedback while automating processes and utilizing technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated leadership in directing data-centric projects and teams.
- Expertise in data analysis, solution architecture, and technology assessment.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Oracle OFSAA, Oracle ADW, Power BI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Comprehensive understanding of finance systems, data architecture, and relevant data domains within the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clarifying complex concepts and fostering consensus.
- Experience in process automation technologies (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath).
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in managing data strategy, governance, and solution implementation.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
