What You'll Be Doing
Project Management
- Creative Team Workflow: Oversee project pipeline, field incoming requests, and manage day-to-day workflow. Coordinate new projects with the creative team and maintain clear communication using tools like Asana, Wrike, and Figma.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Review project briefs, clarify details, and facilitate project kickoffs. Guide projects from initial concept through creative reviews, trafficking, approvals, and final delivery.
- Timeline Management: Develop and share project timelines and milestones, track progress, and ensure timely completion. Identify risks and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Resource Management: Manage the creative team's planning calendar and allocate resources effectively. Handle a variety of projects from quick requests to long-term campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and align with business objectives.
- Cross-Channel Program Management: Ensure alignment across all stages of campaigns and product launches, from briefing to delivery.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee updates and launches for product displays, including design and copy. Coordinate with vendors and Sephora teams to meet production deadlines.
- Vendor Support: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of outsourced materials, including translations and video edits.
Operations
- Budget Management: Assist with tracking and processing invoices related to projects.
- Process Management: Work with teams to develop and implement efficient workflows. Create process documentation and support onboarding of new team members.
- Omni-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers across teams to ensure alignment on company-wide initiatives and timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of project management experience, especially with creative and marketing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of creative processes and workflows.
- Understanding of the beauty industry's milestones and timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to clarify complex situations.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with retail/e-commerce trends and the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Wrike, Figma is a plus).
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
