Position Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's website according to strategic enrollment marketing goals
- Be the front-line responder/communicator for campus regarding all technical web and CMS questions
- Work with web vendor to identify and respond to any website needs such as security breaches, functionality issues, or site crashes.
- Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
- Create appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
- Improve the User Experience of the website regularly
- Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards
- Help create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
- Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations, such as Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites
Qualifications
- Excellent and proactive communication experience and skills; frequent technical to non-technical communication with multiple stakeholders, content managers, and enterprise clients
- Experience managing all aspects of a large website, including working with web stakeholders and recommending improvements
- Expert knowledge and experience with Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards.
- Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance)
- Experience working in a CMS such as WordPress, Terminal 4, Ingeniux or another web content management system
- Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Commitment to racial equity and ability to work with diverse teams

Working Conditions:
- Must have the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk/computer workstation
- Frequent repetitive arm, hand, and finger motions
- Frequent use of computer and exposure to terminal screen in performing work assignments
- Work remotely or in an office setting with frequent critical requests
- May need to carry, lift or move equipment/supplies up to 25lbs
