Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Clinical Product Operations team, focused on supporting key products such as GuidingCare and HealthEdge. This role will provide essential support to the Product Manager by coordinating project activities, managing operational tasks, and ensuring clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with project coordination, operational reporting, and a strong attention to detail, helping bridge the gap in coordination for both large and small projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track milestones for multiple projects, including capital projects and smaller micro-projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Serve as a liaison between the Operations and Product teams, attending large meetings and providing actionable takeaways to drive project progress.
- Manage the OneStop ticketing system, prioritizing and triaging incoming requests, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address issues such as member sign-in problems.
- Support the Product Manager by organizing and monitoring project tasks related to product updates, mandate-related changes, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using OneStop and other tools, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
- Communicate effectively with various functional units to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project goals and deadlines.
- Assist in documentation and preparation of progress reports, providing visibility into project performance and operational status.
- Utilize project management tools like TEAMS Project to support day-to-day work efforts for the GuidingCare Product team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- 2-3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with creating and tracking operational reports in OneStop ticketing system.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in healthcare or working with healthcare-related products is a plus.
- Understanding of the complexities involved in coordinating project tasks within a large organization.
- Familiarity with GuidingCare and TEAMS Project is highly desirable.
