Role Description
We are seeking a few creative and motivated Influencer Marketing Interns to join our team. As an influencer marketing intern, you will be crucial in executing influencer campaigns, developing TikTok Shop's marketing strategy, and fostering strong relationships with influencers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of influencer e-commerce landscape, especially in the fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries.
Compensation
This internship is for credit only. A stipend for transportation, food, and other out-of-pocket expenses will be provided.

Qualifications
•Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate)
•Strong passion for and understanding of social media platforms, influencer culture, and digital marketing trends
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences
•Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
•Identify and research potential influencers across TikTok who align with our partner brand values and target audience
•Conduct outreach to influencers via email, direct messages, and other communication channels, and maintain a consistent and engaging line of communication
•Assist in the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, content approval
•Coordinate product samples and provide timely feedback to ensure high-quality influencer-generated content
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in influencer marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies

•This is a 3-month or 6-month paid internship position
