Job Description
As a Client and Staffing Specialist with PBS Corp you will be the first point of contact for new applicants and new families requesting ABA Services. You will be responsible for conducting interviews with job applicants and families requesting services, assisting new employees through the pre-hire checklist (including organizing their pre-hire documents, answering questions, assisting HR team, etc), posting job ads and monitoring job boards, maintaining employee and client files, assisting with case assignment and scheduling. Our Client and Staffing Specialists also actively engage members of the ABA community as part of recruitment efforts, and may be responsible for occasionally attending regional job fairs or recruitment events at Applied Behavior Analysis conventions in your state (as requested by Regional Coordinator, and as schedule and availability permits).
Qualifications
- - Must have experience with interviewing and hiring processes
- - Must be comfortable in (and able to) attend local job fairs and have customer service skills to recruit new staff
- - Must be willing to work in person with other team members occasionally
- - Must be able to embrace technological platforms and be skilled at learning new media
- - Must have excellent client/customer service skills and experience
- - Experience multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced position
- - Experience in verifying insurance benefits is strongly preferred
- - Must have knowledge of HR documentation for employees (W-2's, I-9's, background screenings, etc.)
- - Must have experience with scheduling
- - Must be organized, highly motivated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Must have Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Publisher)
- - Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is strongly preferred
- - Bachelors degree in a human relations / psychology field is strongly preferred

Starting Pay: $66,650.00 per year
