POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an APAC Web Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations for the APAC region, ensuring a seamless DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) order journey. This role acts as a key liaison between Supply Chain and DTC, reporting directly to the Global Operations Director. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles and be bilingual in either Japanese or Korean.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management
- Maintain outbound and return forecasting
- Manage seasonal order processes and inventory synchronization
- Collaborate with e-commerce, merchandising, planning, supply chain, and sales operations teams
- Coordinate projects between supply chain and 3PL
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes
KPI Reporting
- Weekly launch checklist and exception management
- Monitor 3PL performance for e-commerce operations
- Review and address aged order statuses
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Facilitate communication across Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Ecommerce, Retail, Customer Experience, 3PL, Planning, and Buying teams
- Provide cross-functional support by tracking and confirming statuses, ASN (Advance Shipment Notifications), and handling delivery delays
- Manage order flow pre-fulfillment for e-commerce, including open/aged orders
Inventory and Reporting
- Generate web inventory reports for the Ecommerce, Planning, Merchandising, and Operations teams, providing sales summaries and supporting inventory replenishment and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies
- Analyze exception reports, track key issues, and maintain open communication with customer-facing teams to facilitate proactive outreach
Issue Resolution
- Investigate system issues and inventory discrepancies
- Manage exceptions and escalate as needed for timely resolutions
- Partner with 3PL to optimize shipping solutions, including reviewing shipping rates and adjusting couriers
Process Development
- Maintain key process documentation and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications
- Brand Alignment: Strong familiarity with the Stüssy brand, culture, and values is essential
- Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in Japanese or Korean
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- 6+ years of experience in DTC operations, with a preference for experience in fashion, e-commerce, and logistics
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems

- Attention to detail with the ability to manage complex operational processes
Location and Operation Hours:
- Based in Los Angeles (Arts District)
- Must be available to work in the office 5 days a week
- Will require occasional work outside of standard business hours due to coordination with the APAC region
